Role description: This is a net-new function build-out focused on expanding and operationalising the Ultralytics partner ecosystem with a long-term vision of becoming the standard in computer vision deployment. Role sits within Growth reporting directly to the VP of Growth. No direct revenue targets; core KPIs are ecosystem expansion, technical integration quality, and brand visibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining Ultralytics partnership strategy across four pillars:
- Cloud & Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Google Model Garden)
- ML / AI Platforms (e.g. Hugging Face, Weights & Biases)
- Edge & Hardware (e.g. Qualcomm, ARM, Nvidia, DeepX, Accelera, AMD, Rockchip)
- System Integrators & Consultants
Must haves:
- 8-10 years in partnerships ecosystem or business development roles
- Experience in AI, ML, computer vision, or edge computing
- Demonstrated success building technical or integration-driven partnerships
- Experience across both enterprise players (e.g. Google, ARM, Nvidia) and scaling startups
- Strong network in the AI / ML / hardware ecosystem
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration (technical and business)
- Experience operationalising SoWs, benchmarking, SDK delivery
- Management experience (of at least 12 direct reports)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for partner meetings/events
Nice to haves:
- Experience at developer-first or open-source companies
- Prior work with Hugging Face, Mistral, Databricks, Perplexity, Anaconda, etc.
- Experience with joint GTM or co-selling initiatives
- Understanding of licensing and compliance issues in OSS AI
Salary range & secondary benefits:
- Estimated base: 100K - 130K depending on seniority
- OTE: Up to 160K
