Role description

Build and maintain responsive high-performance websites in Webflow

Extend functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Implement and manage design systems components and CMS structures

Follow Client-First by Finsweet methodology for scalability and maintainability

Collaborate with design and marketing teams for pixel-perfect execution

Optimise for SEO, accessibility and performance

Must haves

• 10 years Webflow experience
• Advanced HTML CSS JS skills
• Deep knowledge of CMS structuring, accessibility, SEO
