Role description: This is one of Paraglide’s first dedicated BDR hires, working directly with the founder and GTM team. The role is high-intensity, outbound-heavy, and designed as a fast-track role into AE (promotion after ~6 months possible).
Core responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting into mid-market and enterprise tech companies
- Booking qualified meetings for AEs/founders
- Generating pipeline through high-volume outbound activity
- Working closely with founders on messaging and ICP refinement
- Managing activity and pipeline in HubSpot
- Supporting early GTM learnings in a brand-new sales motion
KPIs:
- Meetings booked
- Pipeline generated
- Closed ARR originating from booked meetings
