JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at one of our pubs, inns or hotels in the North West. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, help develop menus, manage stock and uphold safety and high standards.
You will mentor junior staff, strive for consistent quality and contribute to achieving top scores, while enjoying staff discounts, wellbeing support and access to development programmes.
