About the Role
You’ll live in the home of one of our customers, supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy their life with dignity, independence, and companionship.
- Deliver care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, continence care and mobility
- Support with medication and preparing meals
- Take care of household tasks e.g. laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Work independently with support from our team for advice and guidance
- Support customers to stay connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
