Bluebird Care provide high quality care in customers own homes in Aylesbury and surrounding villages.
We are looking for Care Assistants to cover our weekend shifts with scope to also add weekday availability. Shift patterns for the weekends are:
Saturday and Sunday 07:00-14:30
Saturday and Sunday 15:30-22:00
What makes us different? We go above and beyond to ensure that our customers’ needs are met and that our team are happy. We ensure that all Care Assistants are fully trained and introduced to the customers before they work alone. You will have a designated Care Supervisor to support you in your role.
We have a ‘carer of the month’ scheme, with great incentives for all.
We pay double for bank holidays and care assistants receive Holiday pay.

We visit customers in their own homes, carrying out tasks such as personal care, medication, cleaning, shopping and companionship visits. Full training is provided to cover all aspects of care.
It is important that all Care Assistants live within the nearby Aylesbury area.
