What You’ll Get
- Salary: Pro‑rata of £28,080 – £28,600 per annum (Depending on experience)
- Hours: 20 hours per week (Flexible shift patterns) + Paid On‑Call Rotation allowance

A Day in the Life
As our Care Supervisor, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will be out in the field, ensuring our customers receive top-tier, person‑centred care. You will:
- Mentor & Support: Conduct field visits to support, guide, and supervise our care workers.
- Quality Assurance: Carry out care assessments, risk reviews, and design tailored care plans.
- Be the Hero On-Call: Take part in a fair, structured on‑call evening/weekend rotation system to provide emergency backup advice to staff.
What You Bring to the Team
- The Experience: At least 12 months of experience in the social care sector, ideally at a senior or supervisory level.
- The Credentials: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential as full training and career development is available
- The Wheels: A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
- The Vibe: Exceptional communication skills, a highly organized mindset, and a genuine passion for elevating care standards.
