We have a very exciting new opportunity for a full-time Care Expert to join our Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall team in a varied development role. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about care, keen to learn and ready to grow. You’ll support customers at home, provide companionship, help people access the community and receive training to develop extended skills in complex care. As part of this development role, you will be offered the opportunity to complete your Level 3 qualification and receive clinical training with our Registered Nurse, Hannah. You’ll be supported by Hannah and the wider team as you build confidence, learn new skills and make a real difference every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting customers in their own homes
  • Providing companionship and person-centred care
  • Helping customers access the community
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and wellbeing
  • Developing extended skills in complex care once fully trained
  • Receiving clinical training with our Registered Nurse
  • Working as part of a supportive Care Expert Team
