We are now looking for a Training Manager to join our team in Ely. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to lead the training and development of a dedicated team of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for care staff, including induction, compliance, practical skills, and best practices.
Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new team members.
Assess training needs through staff feedback, supervision, and observation.
Create and maintain engaging training materials (manuals, handbooks, e-learning content).
Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to team members as needed.
Evaluate and improve training programs based on outcomes and feedback.
Ensure all training content is compliant with the latest legislation, regulations, and sector guidance.
Support with team supervisions and field based evaluations
Manage out of hours on-call on a rota basis
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a trainer or educator in domiciliary or health and social care.
Strong knowledge of care standards and CQC compliance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Organised and able to manage time effectively.
Relevant training qualification (e.g. PTLLS, CTTLS, AET, or equivalent).
Supervisory or management experience in domiciliary care.
Experience with e-learning platforms and digital tools.
QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).

Domiciliary care or health & social care: 2 years (preferred)
