Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Manage medication and prepare meals
- Take care of household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
- Work independently while staying connected with the care team for support and guidance
