Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-quality support tailored to each person’s individual needs
- Assist with developing social skills
- Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
- Support with accessing the community
- Carry out activities in a safe manner
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for the customer you support
- Full induction and ongoing expert training
- Uniform and PPE provided
- Regular support and ongoing career development
- Friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support
- Free DBS

Requirements
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- A good understanding of Autism
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
