Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-quality support tailored to each person’s individual needs
  • Assist with developing social skills
  • Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
  • Support with accessing the community
  • Carry out activities in a safe manner
  • Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for the customer you support
  • Full induction and ongoing expert training
  • Uniform and PPE provided
  • Regular support and ongoing career development
  • Friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support
  • Free DBS
  • £300 recommend a friend scheme

Requirements

  • A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
  • A good understanding of Autism
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to follow care plans
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
