You'll be supporting people in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a team that is supportive every step of the way. This role will be to cover nights and become a member of our bank team of care assistants. This could be short-term or long-term. We operate in a number of territories across the North East of England, therefore you must be prepared to travel to any of these areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person's individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
- Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
- Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Qualifications & Work Requirements
- Full Driving Licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Commit to working alternate weekends
- Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer
Compensation & Benefits
- £13.50 per hour
- £12.71 per hour for travel time
- Paid Fuel – 35p per mile
- Enhanced Bank Holiday rate at £20.25 per hour
