Location: Southend, Rochford, Rayleigh, Leigh, Hockley, Shoebury and Westcliff.

As a Carer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
  • Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing and dressing)
  • Supporting with hydration and nutrition
  • Safely supporting with medication, including prompting and administering
  • Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
  • Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Essential requirements from you:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to follow care plans
  • Previous care experience is beneficial whether professionally or personally, but not a necessity as full training will be provided
