Flexible morning and evening shifts between 7:00 and 10:00, Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend working required.

Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person's individual needs.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration.
- Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
- Carry out light housework, including tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
- Be a dependable, friendly and familiar face for the customers you support.
- Complete full induction and receive ongoing expert training.
- Uniform and PPE are provided.
- Receive regular support and ongoing career development.
- Work as part of a friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support.
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- The ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
