Care Assistant (Driver Required) – Sevenoaks

Up to £16.90 per hour | Flexible shifts to fit your life | Full training and opportunities to progress

No experience needed – full training provided. At Bluebird Care Sevenoaks, we support people to stay independent and live well at home. We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our team and make a real difference in the local community.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll support people in their own homes with everyday tasks, including:
  • Personal care
  • Preparing meals
  • Medication support
  • Companionship and social visits

Pay and progression

Your pay can grow as your skills and experience grow: Many of our team progress into senior and mentor roles with the right support and training.

We offer:

  • Full-time and part-time roles
  • Guaranteed hours contracts
  • Day, evening and weekend shifts
  • Night and live-in care opportunities

What you’ll need

  • A full driving licence
  • Access to a car for work

What you’ll get

  • Paid DBS and paid shadowing
  • Training is paid at a total of £350, which is paid in two instalments. The first payment is made with your first salary, and the remaining balance is paid upon successful completion of your probation period
