- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Requirements:
- Previous experience of caring for individuals in a domiciliary care setting
- 2 years experience as a Registered Manager
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team
- Hold an NVQ 5 or RMA equivalent, or be working towards this
- Excellent networking skills, with a good understanding of the care sector
Location: Old Sarum , Salisbury
Core Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
