We are recruiting a full-time Customer Care Manager to join the Bluebird Care South Wiltshire team who will help deliver the gold standard of care to our discerning customers across our area. You will join our outstanding team that helps support people live independently in their own homes across the area. You will be expected to travel within our territory for spot checks and customer assessments.
We’re looking for an outgoing and empathic individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys empowering and supporting others. As our Customer Care Manager, you’ll be ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and their family members and advocates as well as for our Care Assistants. You will conduct pre‑assessments for new customers, ensuring their care plan and all associated risk assessments are perfectly tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities- Oversee the safe and high‑quality delivery of our care services
- Ensure we’re compliant with regulatory regulations and our company standards
- Monitor quality, manage risk, and drive improvements across your teams
- Represent Bluebird Care at local events, forums and professional networks
- Work closely with the business owner to meet KPIs and growth targets
- Expert training and ongoing CPD opportunities
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

- Fully funded training up to NVQ Level 5
- A social care qualification (Level 3 or willingness to work toward it)
- Experience in domiciliary and social care management
- Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills
- Ability to work flexibly and manage on‑call where needed
