Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 after school with a child alongside another carer, accessing the community
- Provide high-quality support tailored to each person’s individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g. continence)
- Help with meals, drinks and snacks
- Support with medication
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for the children you support

Requirements
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous care experience with Autism is beneficial
