Responsibilities
- Conducting regular supervisions of healthcare assistants
- Mentoring new team members in the field, assisting in the monitoring of quality control
- Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards
- Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services and review existing care plans
- Taking part in the on-call schedule on a rotational basis
- Working closely with care coordinators, care manager, customers, care assistants and external third-party stakeholders

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in domiciliary care
- Minimum of a QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or similar)
- Full UK Driving Licence
