Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person's individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meal preparation, including nutrition management
- Support with medication, prescriptions, and safe disposal
- Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans and use care equipment
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided
