We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Payroll & Accounts Coordinator to join our friendly and growing team. This is a varied role supporting the smooth running of payroll, invoicing, direct debits, and financial administration across the business.
Main Duties
- Processing payroll for care and office staff
- Managing holiday pay, mileage, and payroll adjustments
- Producing invoices for private and funded clients
- Processing direct debits and maintaining payment records
- Chasing outstanding payments professionally
- Supporting general administration and service communications
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
Qualifications
- Previous payroll and/or accounts administration experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Xero Accountancy Software
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Experience within domiciliary care or healthcare
- Knowledge of funded care invoicing/local authority billing
- Experience using payroll or care management systems
