Responsibilities:

  • Support with the quality management and quality improvements for the business.
  • Monitor, audit and provide assistance with compliance assurance.
  • Prepare and present audit results and findings reports to the office team and registered managers in the office on a regular basis.
  • Have an understanding of all regulations, practices and procedures within the domiciliary care sector.
  • Utilise experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals to improve compliance within the business.
  • Keep up to date with Bluebird Care policies and procedures and best practice, ensuring our ways of working are based on current best thinking and practice.
  • Support with implementing and monitoring of compliance management and improvement to systems and processes.
