We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team providing a high-quality and much-needed service to vulnerable people in Orpington. We offer full-time, part-time and guaranteed hour contracts, with opportunities for day shifts, evening and weekend work, night shifts and live-in care.
What you’ll do:
- Our Care Assistants work out in the community providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship.
- You’ll receive comprehensive training, paid shadowing and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, ensuring you feel confident and valued in your role.
What we’re looking for:
- Kind, dependable healthcare assistants who genuinely care about improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults.
- You must live in or within reasonable commuting distance of Sevenoaks and be fully committed to delivering high-quality care.
- You will need to live in Orpington and have access to a car that you can use for work.

- £15.05 – £15.70 per hour post probation
- Tax‑free mileage at 35p per mile
