We are currently seeking an experienced office Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, proactive attitude. Experience in the care sector would be a huge advantage.
Part-time Working Days: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities- General office administrative tasks
- Assisting with recruitment paperwork and processes
- Maintaining and organising employment files
- Providing exceptional customer care and support
- Handling phone calls and enquiries with a professional and friendly attitude
- Experience in an administrative role
- Preferably experience in the care industry
- Good IT skills and ability to operate common office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable with strong people skills
- Part-time role and competitive pro-rata salary
