The Role

This is a community-based Care Assistant role supporting customers in their own homes across Newmarket, Fordham, Burwell, Soham and surrounding villages. As a Care Professional, you will:

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect
  • Support medication administration
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Promote independence and choice

You will be part of a small, local team, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with the people you support. No previous care experience is required. Full training is provided.

  • Must be able to work alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
