The RoleThis is a community-based Care Assistant role supporting customers in their own homes across March, Whittlesey, Chatteris and surrounding villages. As a Care Professional, you will:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support medication administration
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Promote independence and choice
You will be part of a small, local team, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with the people you support. No previous care experience is required. Full training is provided.
