About the role
Our customers should feel comfortable in their own homes, and we help them do exactly that. You'll be supporting people in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a team that is supportive every step of the way. As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential personal care and companionship
- Assisting with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
- Supporting with medication management
- Encouraging independence to help customers stay in their own homes
- Promoting customer health and well-being
Qualifications & Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- To be aged 18+
- The ability to work alternate weekends
- The ability to work our shift pattern
- Paid shadowing shifts (qualified after training)
- General willingness to work part-time 7am to 3pm with alternate weekend commitment
