We are recruiting Live-in Carers to join our Live-in Care team based in Colchester and Tendring. We are an award-winning care provider, double finalist at the Great British Care Awards and one of the few Gold Standard Framework accredited home care providers in England.
We understand what Live-in Carers look for in an employer, and that is why many of our Live-in Carers have been with us for over 5 years!
What we provide our Live-in Carers:
- Regular work scheduled in advance
- Pre-determined rotations that suit both us and you
- Customers with clean and nice houses
- Bedrooms are always double rooms

We have lots of different live-in care packages available, ranging from companionship to more complex and clinical needs. We have something to suit everyone and we are flexible with rotations.
Please note we do not offer the following:
- Work for self-employed live-in carers (this is a PAYE job)
Coaching & mentoring from senior team members including our two registered Nurses (with training in Mental Health, Intensive Care, Paediatrics).
