Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Manage their medication and prep their meals
- Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
- Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
- Paid breaks and accommodation while on placement
- Full induction and expert training, with continued learning and development
- Ongoing supervision and 24/7 support from our dedicated team
- Flexible working patterns (often 2-8 weeks on, followed by breaks)

- Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
- Have a Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
