Bluebird Care Lancaster is seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to help customers stay comfortable and independent at home in Lancaster & South Lakeland.
You’ll support daily living, work either independently or as part of a supportive team, and deliver high‑quality care tailored to each person’s needs.
We offer full paid induction, mentoring for the first 12 weeks, ongoing paid training, a generous hourly rate (£13.25–£19.65), mileage and pension options, and recognition schemes.
