In this unique role, you’ll primarily support children and young people, helping them thrive in their educational settings, at home, and in the community. You will also have the opportunity to support our elderly customers, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and empowered. Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each customer’s individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support with nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation
- Support with medication and prescriptions
- Work in line with the young person's EHCP
- Support a young person to access activities in their local community
- Carry out light housework including tidying, laundry and general cleaning
- Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for all our customers
- Paid travel time (£12.22/hr) and mileage
- A variety of shift patterns, including day and/or evening work
- Health and wellbeing programme (over £1,000/yr cashback)
- Full bespoke induction, and ongoing expert training
- Regular support and ongoing career development

Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Aged 18+
- Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or VISA transfers)
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Weekend hours (every other weekend or one day every weekend)
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Previous care experience, level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
