Join us as a Care Assistant at Bluebird Care Harrogate. We offer a wide range of flexible shift patterns to fit around your life, including full-time and Fixed Hour part-time roles. Choose school hours shifts between 7:30am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, or take advantage of our weekend opportunities, with shifts available between 7:00am and 10:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
- Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
- Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
- Full induction and ongoing expert training
- Uniform and PPE provided

Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous healthcare assistant experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
