We are the leading Home Care provider, taking pride in our work and looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team. Our customers should feel comfortable in their own homes, and we help them do exactly that. You will be supporting people in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a supportive team. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to bring purpose and dignity to someone’s life.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meal preparation and support with nutrition and hydration
- Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
- Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Aged 18+
- Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or VISA transfers)
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Weekend hours (every other weekend or one day every weekend)
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training is provided
