Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
  • Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
  • Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
  • Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
  • Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Full and Part time hours including 7am starts and 10pm finishes, evenings and alternate weekends only

Weekdays £13.20 per hour

Bank Holidays £21.50 per hour

Full comprehensive training and shadowing

CRB/DBS check paid for

Work smartphone provided if required

Paid holiday

Paid mileage - 30p per mile

Company pool cars available for use if ever needed

Attendance bonus paid annually before Christmas

Ongoing support and encouraged progression

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to follow care plans
  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
