About the Role

Our customers should feel comfortable and supported in their own homes, and you’ll help make that happen. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing - working both independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each customer’s individual needs
  • Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Support with nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation
  • Help with medication and prescriptions
  • Carry out light housework (tidying, laundry, cleaning)
  • Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for our customers

What We’re Looking For

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Aged 18+
  • Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or visa transfers)

  • Weekend availability (every other weekend or one day every weekend)
  • No previous care experience required - we’ll provide all the training you need
  • A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm, understanding approach to care
