As a Customer Care Manager, you’ll help our team grow, support our colleagues, and make a real difference every day. Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager with the efficient running of the care support team.
- Ensure safe, effective, high quality care that responds to each customer’s needs and preferences.
- Make sure our services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times.
- Support business growth by networking with health care professionals to create packages of care for vulnerable adults within their own homes.
- Care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews of current care package.
- Guiding and supporting Care Experts.
- Work effectively with customers, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals and managers and staff from Bluebird Care to deliver high quality care services.
Requirements:
- A social care qualification (Level 3 or willingness to work toward it).
- Experience in domiciliary and social care management.
- Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage on-call where needed (additional pay).
