We are looking for passionate, motivated, and empathetic Care Professionals to join our incredible team of healthcare heroes in the Cheshire East area. We have weekend hours available, including flexible scheduling options – such as every Saturday and Sunday, or alternate weekend shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 22:00pm. We hire on values meaning you don’t need previous experience! We will give you full and extensive training with ongoing coaching to give you everything you need to be a great healthcare assistant as part of our CQC rated ‘Outstanding’ team.

Care Professional Responsibilities
- Travelling to see your regular clients and provide support aligned with their care plans and preferences.
- Assist with preparing meals and keeping their living spaces neat and tidy.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions.
- Offer companionship and friendly conversations.
- Help clients move safely around their home.
- Manage and support medication routines.
- Help clients preserve their dignity by assisting with personal care tasks, such as dressing, when needed.
Qualifications
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own reliable vehicle
- Have a valid right to work in the UK
- Be living in the country and already be local to this role
- Be able to commit to working weekends
- Address that is local/commutable to Crewe (required)
- Full Driving Licence with access to your own reliable car (required)
- Right to work WITHOUT requiring sponsorship or visa transfer (required)
