Responsibilities
- Support with the quality management and quality improvements for the business.
- Monitor, audit and provide assistance with compliance assurance.
- Prepare and present audit results and findings report to the office teams and registered managers in the office on a regular basis.
- Have an understanding of all regulations, practices and procedures within the domiciliary care sector.
- Utilise experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals to improve compliance within the business.
- To keep up to date with Bluebird Care policies and procedures and best practice, ensuring our ways of working are based on current best thinking and practice.
- To support with implementing and monitoring of compliance management and improvement to systems and processes.
- Office support visits when required.
