About the role
As a dedicated Live-in Care Coordinator, you will ensure our customers receive outstanding service by expertly allocating skilled care assistants to meet their specific needs. You will proactively plan to maintain capacity for customer demand and service growth, uphold our high-quality standards, champion community engagement, and handle emergency line duties while maintaining strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and our live-in team. Key responsibilities
- Ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service by allocating live-in care assistants who meet their needs
- Plan to ensure we have sufficient capacity to fulfil customer demand and grow the service
- Maintain the ongoing relationship with our live-in team

- Working alongside relatives and local healthcare professionals to ensure customers receive an outstanding service
