You’ll live in the home of one of our customers, supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy their life with dignity, independence, and companionship. Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
  • Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
  • Manage their medication and prep their meals
  • Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
  • Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
  • Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
  • Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance

Paid Holiday Entitlement

  • £40 Weekly Food Allowance
  • Pension scheme and up to £50 travel expense reimbursement
  • Paid breaks and accommodation while on placement
  • Ongoing supervision and support from our dedicated team
  • Flexible working patterns (often 1-3 weeks on, followed by breaks)

  • Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Have a Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
