Bluebird Care North Tyneside is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead a team across four branches, based at the West Moor office. You will oversee care delivery, sign-ups, risk assessments, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for clients in their own homes.
Working hours are 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours duties. You’ll mentor care assistants, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement while upholding regulatory compliance.
