This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Supervisor and Care Coordinator, based in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services, managing care plans, supervising care staff, and coordinating schedules to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also includes conducting assessments, implementing care plans, and maintaining compliance with regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and resource coordination
  • Experience in care assessment, care planning, and ensuring compliance with care standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and support a care team effectively
