Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing support with personal care needs
- Providing support with nutrition and hydration needs
- Providing support with medication
- Providing support with manual handling transfers

Experience and Suitability:
It isn’t about previous experience. We want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it was their own family.
We provide a detailed induction training programme to all our staff in addition to shadowing, to ensure all our staff are not only competent but confident in what they do. You will have a dedicated mentor that will provide you with ongoing support throughout your probation period.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a car
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Excellent level of English (both spoken and written)
- Patience and understanding
- A warm friendly smile
Working Patterns:
We understand that every member of our team has their own family to care for and a life outside of work, this is why we offer the flexibility of either full time or part time hours. Our dedicated Care Coordinator will support you to ensure you have a working pattern that suits YOU! Please note alternate weekend working is essential to the role.
