As a Care Assistant, you’ll help our customers feel how good it is to be home. From everyday tasks to complex care needs, you’ll know what it takes to deliver the best of care and delight in making a difference. Our team works in the Totton, Eling, Cadnam, Lyndhurst, Ashurst areas as well as the areas in between. We have opportunities for full-time, part-time and even bank staff. We try to be as flexible as possible, as long as you can meet one of our peak times of either starting at 7 am or finishing at 10 pm. You will be supporting our customers within their own homes, with all aspects of daily living. So candidates must be willing to travel during their shift.

Responsibilities

  1. Personal Care: Assisting customers with bathing, dressing, and grooming, treating them with the utmost respect and dignity.
  2. Medication: Helping with medication administration, ensuring they stay on track with their health.
  3. Mobility Support: Providing safe assistance with moving around the home and outside.
  4. Meal Preparation: Creating nutritious meals tailored to customers\' preferences.
  5. Household Tasks: Helping with light cleaning, shopping, and other errands.

Requirements
