About the Role
Our primary focus is providing exceptional care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence. Care Assistants assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, household chores, and companionship.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous care experience in the UK
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for work and personal use
- Ability to obtain business insurance
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to complete all required training
- Patience and calmness when supporting service users
- Availability to work alternate weekends
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK, DBS checks, and references
Visa and Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 healthcare diploma or 1+ year experience as a senior carer or care assistant
- Current UK driving license (foreign licenses may be accepted in some cases)
- Up-to-date CV with no gaps in education or employment
- High standard of English proficiency
What We Offer
- 37.5 hours per week, averaging 150 hours/month, with a salary of £23,809.50 annually and additional hours paid at £12.21/hour
