Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for full-time Care Assistants to join our team on a permanent basis. Our set working pattern for a full-time employee is 4 days one week and 3 days the following week, between the hours 07:00 – 22:00 as follows:
- Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun
- Week 2 – Wed, Thur, Fri
When Working As a Care Assistant For Bluebird Care You Need To Hold Certain Attributes Which Align With Our Business. Our Team Members Need To Be:
- Passionate individuals ready to make a real difference
- Strong communicators with a caring, compassionate approach
- Compassionate and reliable with a passion for helping others
- A great communicator with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a caring team
2 years minimum care industry experience is desirable. However, we accept applications from those with less experience with a desire to work in care. We trust our robust pre-employment training programme will provide all essential onboarding procedures to become a Bluebird Care Assistant.
