As a Care Assistant, you’ll help our team grow, support our colleagues, and make a real difference every day. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Experience is not essential! Full training and ongoing support is provided.
- The ability to engage, listen, and communicate effectively.

- Flexibility and adaptability — available to potentially cover sickness and work weekends.
- Resilient, calm, and able to adhere to agreed processes in challenging situations.

- You must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle. If successful, you will be asked to obtain business insurance.
