As a Care Assistant, you’ll help our team grow, support our colleagues, and make a real difference every day. As a Care assistantyour key responsibilities will include:
- Experience is not essential! Full training and ongoing support is provided
- The ability to engage, listen, and communicate effectively
- Passion about your job, with a person-centred approach to care, encouraging confidence and self-motivation
- Flexibility and adaptability – available to potentially cover sickness and work weekends
- Resilient, calm and able to adhere to agreed process in challenging situations
- Be able to travel to various locations
- You must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle in order to be considered for this role. If successful, you will be asked to obtain business insurance
- Hourly rate of £14.00 – £21.00 p/h
- 28 days inclusive of bank holidays
