Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you’ll be providing compassionate, high-quality care to help customers maintain their independence in their own homes. Your duties will include:

• Personal care, administering medication, and meal preparation.

• Domestic tasks like light housework.

• Offering companionship and emotional support.

Our service covers areas from SO14 to SO19, including Totton, Lyndhurst, Ashurst, and Marchwood, so a full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

• A genuine passion for helping others.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Experience is a bonus, but full training is provided for all new starters.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Care home: 1 year (preferred)
