What You’ll Do:
Provide personal care with dignity – including washing, dressing, and toileting
Support with mobility, safe moving and handling, and equipment use
Assist with meals, hydration, and medication prompts
Carry out light domestic tasks to help keep homes safe and comfortable
Offer friendly companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Follow individual care plans and maintain clear records after each visit
Be a trusted presence in someone’s life, helping them remain independent at home
Pay Banding:
We offer a clear, fair, and supportive progression structure, with opportunities to move through the bands quickly.
Band Hourly Rate
Band 1 £12.60
Band 2 £12.85
Band 3 £13.10
Band 4 £13.50
Band 5 £14.50
We support and encourage fast progression — many of our team members move up the bands in just a few months.
